Adidas Blue Zone!?

Todays run was great!  It contained a series of blue and green zones. The zones are speeds. The blue zone means you travel 1km per 5-9 min and the green is around 1km per 4-5 min.

Going into this workout, I thought that the blue zone was a nice walking pace. As it turned out, it os actually a fast walk or slow jog.

The effort has me tired, but I feel a sense of accomplishment!
